Members of CO.BI since 2013, a malt house to which barley and wheat are delivered: once they transform it into malt, we take it back, collect and use it for the production of high quality "Birra Agricola Toscana" (agricultural Tuscan beer). At the end of the agricultural chain, there is a space in the cellar for the direct sale and tasting of our beers, combined with other excellences such as typical Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses, produced by local companies. Inside the cellar, in a very suggestive setting, you can spend a pleasant evening discovering "unusual" but surprising combinations.
We directly produce barley in our fields. Once we transform it into malt, we use it in the recipes of our beers.
All the energy used, both electrical and thermal, is produced exclusively with photovoltaic panels and with a wood-fired steam generator.
The use of the finest raw materials and constant attention to the production process are characteristics that have always distinguished us.
