On typical autumn days with clear skies, it is possible to admire a breathtaking view, you can see much of the nearby Val d’Orcia, Mount Amiata and Lake Trasimeno on the opposite side.

3- Taste the new oil

Autumn is not just a time of foliage, magnificent colors and sweet chestnuts. Autumn is also new oil. The olive harvest has begun and so the new oil is also arriving.
