The Coveri agricultural company is run by Stefano and Carla Coveri who since 2005 have decided to undertake the family business carried out for several generations.
The cultivation of the 34 hectares of land under management has been biological since 2008 and is divided between grazing areas and areas intended for the production of fodder and cereals. Furthermore, this activity is associated with the breeding of about 300 dairy sheep, of which 120 are of the Massese breed and the remaining 180 are of the Comisana breed, and 30 dairy goats of the Saanen breed. From the processing of milk produced by these animals, we obtain the following products for most of the year but specially in relation to the seasons and periods of production of the milk itself: ricotta and sheep's milk cheeses, both raw and pasteurized ( fresh, semi-cured and matured); ricotta and raw milk goat cheeses (fresh and semi-cured). Their purchase is possible at the company store, by home delivery or shipping.
