Our Tuscan menu with Mediterranean shades starts from fresh products, grown or processed by us or by local producers, with maximum attention and following the seasons’ flow.
Our cuisine is the result of a long experience that starts from Tuscan traditions and looks to those innovation of the modern world that make our food complete, balanced and in harmony with the seasons’ flow. We use fresh products of the highest quality, bringing to table the work and passion of those who believe in what they produce.
Among the specialties on the menu, fresh fish served daily, squid, seasonal soups, suckling pig, handmade pasta and bread and our fantastic desserts. And, of course, the meat, cooked over a high heat in our brick oven.
Our wine selection has a strong focus on local producers, with particular attention to local companies and to the Vino Nobile produced in the nearby town of Montepulciano. We also have a selection of the great wines of Italy. We even offer a selection of locally produced craft beers.
We also produce and use our typically Tuscan extra virgin olive oil which gives our olive oil an intense and rich taste. An extra virgin with a green fruity taste, with fascinating sensations of grass and artichoke combined with pleasant notes of bitter and spicy.
We offer indoor and outdoor seats.
