Perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and take a trip to the heart of southern Tuscany. Six rooms, beautifully renovated, have been created with the utmost respect for the peasant history and the environment that surrounds Follonico.
Follonico has an out of time lifestyle, following the natural and different rhythm of the seasons. A living thought that breathes. A moment in time, a melody captured by the breeze, constantly evolving, albeit very slowly .... Follonico is a place to breathe, touch, listen, smell and see: a place where you can simply and gently be.
We invite our guests to slow down, take it easy and do less, but to discover more while deeply enjoying every single minute. We are pleased to introduce you to the small neighboring villages where the locals still represent the majority. Here, unpaved dirt roads lead through pristine landscapes to monasteries, abbeys and beyond.
Every day our breakfast is a magical surprise, every morning we serve two courses, including our freshly baked homemade sourdough bread. At dawn we select our breakfast ingredients from our organic garden and combine them with the best products from small local organic producers. EVO oil, jams, honey and vegetables come from our "garden" and organic eggs are kindly provided by the free-range hens and geese of Follonico.
